Sustained health starts with a plan

A lot of people take a haphazard approach to weight loss. They bounce from diet to diet and dabble in various exercise routines. When these things fail to get immediate results, they give up. But a sustainable solution to obesity isn’t chanced upon—it’s a matter of strategy, tenacity,  and discipline.

You need a plan. That’s where our team comes in!

When it comes to weight loss, Heather Hardy, FNP  is an expert. She does not clumsily toss darts at a board in the hopes that something will stick. Instead, she takes time to get to know you and better understand your goals and lifestyle. From there, she will work with you to craft a weight loss plan that helps you shed pounds and end bad habits.

Science-backed Solutions

Inspire Health Clinics ‘s weight loss recommendations aren’t just another diet or trendy exercise routine. They’re holistic programs that encourage a full-body health transformation.

We know that excess body fat is often a symptom of an underlying issue. Though meal planning and increased exercise can help, they’re rarely the only solution. That’s why our strategies also include things like lifestyle changes, gut detoxification, hormone optimization, and supplementation.

When used in the correct combination, these natural therapies increase energy levels, lessen body fat, and enhance overall wellness.

Our solutions to weight loss problems include:

  • Prescription Medications
  • Hormone Optimization
  • Gut Detoxification
  • Weight Loss Supplements
  • Slim and Trim IV Infusion
  • Lipotropic Injections
  • Stress Management

Customized and Comprehensive Weight Loss Plans

We know that everybody is unique and every person’s path to sustainable weight loss is different. The causes of body fat issues are also numerous, which is why one-size-fits-all weight loss solutions rarely work. That’s why we start by uncovering the root cause of your body fat issues.  This may include any combination of the following items:

Hormone Imbalances

Hormones send signals throughout the body that help regulate mood, metabolism, growth and development, reproduction, appetite, and energy. Too much or too little of certain hormones can lead to increased fat storage. Optimizing hormone balance is essential for weight loss success and may require hormone replacement therapy and/or supplementation.

Stress

To help us better cope with stressful situations, our body secretes a hormone called cortisol. In small doses, Cortisol is highly beneficial at helping us process and deal with stress. However, when we are overly stressed, we become overburdened with cortisol production. This affects appetite and can make it difficult to lose weight. By helping you focus on healthier ways to manage stress, we’ll help reduce cortisol levels and limit long-term weight gain.

Sleep Schedules

Getting adequate sleep is essential to a successful weight loss program and overall health. Insomnia often contributes to an increase in appetite, resulting in late-night snacking. Furthermore, the body requires at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night to detoxify and repair itself. Our provider, Heather Hardy will address your current sleep habits and develop a treatment plan, if needed.

Gut Issues

Your digestive system is a complex ecosystem designed to remove waste and unwanted toxins from the body. It requires essential nutrients and a well-balanced gut microbiome to properly do its job. When one thing is out of balance, it can throw the entire system off. This results in gut dysfunction, weight gain, fatigue, and other symptoms. During your treatment at our weight loss center, we utilize a medical detoxification program to repair and optimize gut function, making weight loss more effective.

Metabolic Issues

Metabolism is the process by which your body converts food into energy. Insulin resistance is one of the most common factors that affect metabolism, making it easier to store body fat and harder to lose weight. Insulin resistance also increases your risk of developing other chronic health conditions. We focus on treating metabolic issues like insulin resistance through medication, gut detoxification, and supplements.

Dietary Choices

The average person makes around 200 food choices a day. All of these decisions determine your daily nutrient and energy intake. By exploring your relationship with food, we’ll help you make better choices and optimize long-term results.

Permanent weight loss starts with a phone call

Frequently Asked Questions About Medical Weight Loss Plans

Does Insurance Cover Your Weight Loss Programs?

Obesity treatment coverage varies by insurance plan. Before your first appointment, our staff will verify coverage details. Note that some treatments will be covered at different levels. Rest assured, no matter your benefit levels, we’ll never charge anything you did not agree to.

Is Your Program Safe For Those With Diabetes or Other Conditions?

As a trained Nurse Practitioner, Heather Hardy understands the conditions that contribute to obesity. She also takes time to review your medical history and understand your unique needs. Any plans made will be modified for patients with hypertension, diabetes, or any other medical issue. Please keep in mind that a proper weight management program can lessen the severity of many of these chronic health conditions.

Can I Use FSA or HSA Funds on This Program?

Certain FSA and HSA plans cover obesity treatment. The only way to know for sure, however, is to reach out to your plan administrator. They will be able to outline what aspects of treatment are and are not eligible for reimbursement.

Do I Have to Take Medication With the Program?

No, you are not required to take weight loss medications in our program. Medications are simply one of the treatment options we offer to help further assist weight loss.  Typically patients use them to help jumpstart their weight loss journey or manage food cravings. This can also be accomplished naturally through the use of specific supplements.  If you have reservations about any of our recommendations, please discuss them with Heather Hardy.

I’m Thinking About Bariatric Surgery. Why Should I Consider Your Program?

A lot of bariatric surgeons require patients to enroll in a weight loss program prior to surgery. Doing so lowers the risk of complications and helps prepare patients for a healthier future.

Do I Have to Be Extremely Overweight to Sign Up?

Inspire Health Clinics weight loss programs are not just for the severely obese. We are happy to help anyone who feels unhappy about his or her weight. If we feel shedding pounds will be harmful to you—or you are ineligible for any of our therapies—we will let you know. At our clinic, your safety and wellbeing are always our number one priority.

How Soon Should I Expect to See Results?

Though the speed of weight loss depends on individual needs and body type, we typically see results within the first two weeks of the program. While this may seem slow, a loss of 1-2 pounds per week is ideal for sustainable long-term weight management.

What Can I Expect to Pay For Weight Loss Treatment?

Because our plans are tailored to meet your individual needs, there’s no predetermined price list.  Once we’ve formulated a plan, we’ll be happy to discuss fees and pricing with you. We also accept many health plans.

How Long Do I Have to Stay in the Program?

There is no specific time commitment required to join our weight loss program. In fact, the only commitment we ask is for you to be committed to reaching your goals and achieving greater health. How long it will take to reach your weight loss goals will depend on various factors including your specific weight loss goals, how your body responds to weight loss treatment, and your commitment to following a weight loss program.
